This policy explains what personal information Carna Medicare collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It applies to carnamedicare.com only.
What we collect
The only information we collect through this site is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, city, the product area you are interested in and your message. We also record the time of the enquiry and the network address it came from, which we use to stop automated spam.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data and we do not set cookies for marketing. The site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for that font file.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a demonstration or respond to a service request. That is the whole purpose.
Who sees it
Enquiries go to our own team by email. We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing. Where a quotation requires a manufacturer or a logistics partner to be involved, we share only what is necessary to complete that supply, and we tell you when we do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as the commercial relationship makes it useful, and in line with the record keeping we are required to maintain for tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@carnamedicare.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our email and is not stored in a database on this website. No system is perfect, so please do not send patient identifiable information through the enquiry form.
